SCOPE OF WORKS

Extension and kitchen fit in chadderton, Oldham
For this project we extended the rear of the garage to match the full length of the gable wall which included re-routing the existing below ground and bathroom drainage to allow the removal of a section of the existing gable wall to open up the kitchen into the extension to create one large room.
We installed two cranked beams to support the gable wall without effecting the staircase half landing and then replaced the existing flat roof with a new fully insulated pitched tiled roof with a large velux window plastering to the internal pitch line to allow maximum light and provide an open and spacious feeling to the new room.

With new windows and doors fitted we then commenced with insulating and screeding the floor to the extended area of the building to remove a step and bring the whole room to a single level.

After we rewired, plumbed and plastered the kitchen we then went on to fit a fully rigid bespoke kitchen which featured soft closing doors, integrated applicances, belfast sink, wine & plate racks and a solid granite worktop all of which was complemented with counter top and glass cupboard lighting.

To finish of the project an art select Karndean flooring was installed throughout kitchen and hallway with the addition of a wall mounted stainless steel radiator and tv.

The outcome was a truly stunning kitchen.
