Full refurbishment and builders works carried out on property in Lees, Oldham for upgrade to Rental.
The property was in a derilict state and required a full course of refurbishment to create a quality rental property.
Works included a small extension to the rear of the property to form a galley kitchen and lowering and installing floor joists for the possibility of a future loft conversion.
The rest of the house was taken back to stonework and a full refurbishment completed
