  • Build additional external block work if required.
  • Create access as required to existing building.
  • Build Stud partitions if required.
  • Provide adequate wall and floor insulation.
  • Brick up existing garage door and fit new double glazed window to achieve required 'U-Values'.
  • Lay new flooring matching internal levels.
  • Install Electrical sockets, lighting and heating.
